Hi, I’m Alyssa — the owner and a Reformer Pilates instructor here at Levitate.
I’ve always been passionate about fitness, wellness and movement, but it was Reformer Pilates that truly changed everything for me. From my very first class, I fell completely in love with the balance of strength, control, and flow it brought.
Levitate was created to be a space where every body feels supported, empowered, and inspired. My goal is to help you build strength, improve technique and feel incredible both on and off the reformer. I can’t wait to move with you.
Hi, I’m Fran!
I’m a fully qualified Pilates instructor with a lifelong passion for movement and fitness. From a young age I was drawn to dance, and I was fortunate enough to train professionally at The Hammond School during high school, an experience that deepened my love for alignment, body awareness, and the joy of moving well.
In my classes, I bring an upbeat, positive, and motivational energy, always aiming to create a space where clients feel supported, empowered, and uplifted. One of the biggest reasons I love what I do is knowing I can make someone’s day a little brighter while helping them feel stronger, more connected, and more confident in their bodies.

My whole life I have had a love for movement, which led me to qualifying as a personal trainer back in 2017, then in 2025 I was introduced to the reformer and never looked back.
My background is weight training, so my sessions are where reformer, truly meets strength.
The combo of strength training and reformer pilates has been so beneficial for both my body, and my brain! So I know you’ll love it too and you will become the strongest version of yourself, physically and mentally in my sessions.
Everyone is welcome, this is a safe, inclusive, fun environment.. just bring some gorgeous vibes!!!!
Hi, I’m Heidi!
My movement journey began in gymnastics, where I discovered a love for strength, control, and flexibility. Later, I found Pilates and instantly fell in love, it’s the perfect balance of strength, mobility, and mindfulness leaving you feeling grounded every time.
What I love about Pilates is that it meets you where you’re at. Sometimes it’s about slowing down and resetting, sometimes about challenging yourself - but you always leave feeling better!
I became an instructor to share that feeling and create a space where everyone feels welcome, supported, and confident.
