Classes
Perfect for those who are new to Reformer Pilates, our Beginner classes blend classical and traditional Pilates with a variety of movements, including the use of props. Classes move at a gentle pace, giving you the time and guidance to master the fundamentals and build confidence on the reformer.

Beginners Class
This class welcomes anyone with a basic understanding of Reformer Pilates. From beginners to seasoned practitioners, we’ll adapt exercises, incorporate props and add intermediate variations to keep the session engaging and challenging. Expect a full-body workout that strengthens, lengthens, and tones your muscles, leaving you feeling energised and accomplished.
We suggest completing at least one Beginner Reformer Pilates class before joining this session.
All Levels Class
Our Progressive Reformer Pilates classes are designed for anyone with a basic understanding of Reformer Pilates. Whether you’re new to the reformer or have some experience, the class incorporates props, a slightly faster pace, and a variety of intermediate exercises to help you build strength, tone, and flexibility. This full-body workout leaves you feeling energized, balanced and accomplished.
We recommend completing at least three Beginner classes before joining.
